About Us

SIRI is a transdisciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration initiative. We aim to synthesise knowledge and build competencies related to the transformation towards greener and more inclusive economies and societies.

Funded by Vinnova, Sweden’s innovation agency, the platform connects researchers, policymakers, and practitioners interested in the design and implementation of transformative innovation policies.

Our activities focus on networking, joint research initiatives, and knowledge exchange. We strive for a community where knowledge, ideas, and best practices can be developed and shared.

Registration for Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP) in Practice

Chalmers University of Technology is accepting applications for the 2025 edition of its practice-oriented course on Transformative Innovation Policy. Developed in collaboration with Region Västra Götaland, the Swedish Energy Agency, Vinnova, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, and the Swedish Transport Administration, the course is designed for professionals involved program development and evaluation across various governmental levels in Sweden.
